EURO-OPP is a European project within the Erasmus+ KA220-ADU programme , led by the Sieneva Foundation . It was created with the aim of responding to one of the major social challenges facing today's European societies: the social and labour inclusion of the adult population of foreign origin . This project, which will run throughout 2025, focuses on improving opportunities for these individuals to access training, employment and social participation, with special attention to those in vulnerable situations. Project partners:
• Sieneva Foundation (Spain) — Project coordinator, with experience in training and supporting vulnerable groups.
• Muoversi Assieme NGO (Italy) — Organization specializing in social inclusion, cultural activities and community support in Sardinia.
• Unfuzz (Lithuania) — NGO focused on non-formal education, active citizenship and empowerment of disadvantaged adults.
EURO-OPP project R E S U L T S:
• G U I D E to Social Integration in the Community: A practical and accessible publication aimed at adults of foreign origin residing in Spain, Italy, and Lithuania. It contains useful information on rights and obligations, local culture, community resources, high-demand job sectors, and social support networks in each country. Its objective is to facilitate the adaptation and active participation of these individuals in their host society.
• Design the C O U R S E on Training Opportunities and European Programs: designed to inform the adult foreign population about training opportunities, scholarships, and European programs available in their countries of residence. It is aimed at improving their employability and encouraging their participation in European initiatives, with content tailored to the most in-demand job sectors and practical examples of best practices.
• T O O L K I T for Labor Empowerment: A teaching resource created for adult trainers working with foreign populations. It includes activities, exercises, and materials based on non-formal education to improve employability, create Europass CVs, prepare for interviews, understand labor rights, and access national and European employment programs. It will be tested and validated in international training mobility.

• Online seminars to disseminate the results

Unfuzz, together with international partners from Austria and Malta, launched the Erasmus+ small partnership adult education project MeWell
The project focuses on people aged 50 and over, with a special focus on seniors who, for various reasons, have limited access to cultural experiences. The aim is not only to enable these groups to participate more actively in cultural life, but also to ensure that educators in the cultural sector acquire the necessary knowledge and skills that allow a better understanding of the needs and expectations of this audience.
Unfuzz solution: Irena Saulutė Špakauskienė's exile story through a mobile guide and augmented reality.
In collaboration with the Lithuanian Ethnographic Museum, Unfuzz has created innovative solutions that allow modern audiences to experience the authentic stories of exiles.
